We're getting married!

In the midst of a global pandemic, Dalton and Anna met in the most uncommon of scenarios: in a room full of dead people. Enrolled in a biomedical sciences masters program with intent to attend medical school, this wasn’t such an odd situation in retrospect. Both were vigorously dedicated to their studies, and Anna had mentioned to someone that she was not in the “market to start dating anyone.” Dalton saw this as only a mild inconvenience. While fate could only hold them apart for so long, their chemistry ignited one night at a local bar in Fort Collins (Lucky Joe's) after a grueling test, where they bonded over the science and history of the world’s greatest beer: the India Pale Ale. That’s where their romance began and continues to this day. As with any relationship, there were too many great times to count, as well as a few difficult moments. The relationship always persisted. A crossroads was met when applying to medical school, not sure if they would both get into the same school and what that would mean for the relationship. Medical school is hard enough, and having your person not physically by your side was a thought that didn’t want to cross their minds. The universe believed in their love, and they fatefully were both accepted to the same school, solidifying the undeniable truth that nothing would stop their love. From Fort Collins, CO to Parker, CO, and to wherever they go next, their love is undeniable. 11.1.25 marks the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, and another occasion to celebrate their love. A moment that will tie themselves together for life.
