How do I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are arranging shuttles to transport guests to/from the ceremony and to/from the reception. Shuttles will be arranged based on the locations of our recommended accommodations (see Travel tab). Paid parking at the ceremony is extremely limited and not guaranteed.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest’s name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my little ones?

Answer

While we love all your children, this will be an adult only event. We hope you can take this opportunity to have a fun night out with your significant other.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be outside in a grassy area. The reception will be in doors.

When should I arrive in Canmore?

Answer

We encourage all of our guests to plan to stay in Canmore Friday & Saturday night. Our ceremony will begin in the early afternoon on Saturday, September 6th. We cannot guarantee early check-in at your accommodations, therefore we suggest checking in the Friday before!

We encourage all of our guests to stay at one of the below accommodations. Please note that shuttle pick up and drop off locations will be provided for the following: The Coast Canmore - please call 1.800.716.6199 or use the link in the Travel tab, to enjoy our wedding guest room rate. Note that availability is not guaranteed. StoneRidge Mountain Resort - There are various-sized suites available under our wedding guest room rate. Please note that availability is first come, first serve, refer to the Travel tab for booking details. SkyRidge Airbnbs - While we do not have a discount rate available, we recommend this area for accommodations as our reception venue is just down the street.
