Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

All guest needs to RSVP by February 2nd, 2026. Our wedding vendors charges per guest, so we kindly ask that you RSVP for yourself and the guest that are accompanying you. Your timely response helps make sure everyone is accounted for and comfortable. If you do not RSVP you will not be able to celebrate this special moment with us, so please refrain from not doing so.

Is the wedding ceremony and/or reception outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors at Lewiswood Farm, followed by an indoor reception in the beautiful barn-style venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but space is limited! Depending on our final RSVP count, we might be able to include an extra guest. Just reach out to us to ask; we’ll do our best to make it work.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We are requiring all guest to RSVP online.

Are the wedding venues wheelchair accessible

Answer

Yes, both wedding venues are wheelchair accessible. If any other accommodations are needed, please notify the bride and groom as soon as possible.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day. Unless stated on your invitation otherwise. Please contact the bride or groom if you have any additional questions.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée. There will be a choice of two meats: grilled salmon or baked chicken breast with or without cilantro butter.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to park and find your seat. Once the ceremony starts, guests will not be able to enter the seating area, so arriving early will help ensure you don’t miss a moment of the celebration.

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #OneInAWilliams. It'll also be posted around the venue for your convenience.

We'd love for you to capture and share the joy! Feel free to post on social media, just do not forget to tag us and use our hashtag #OneInAWilliams.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Your smiles and snapshots mean the world to us. Please feel free to take photos throughout our day.

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

Answer

We will be providing hand fans and ice water to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We’ve set up a room block at the Aloft Hotel for your convenience! All booking details can be found under the Travel section. While you’re welcome to use our reserved rooms, you’re not required to. Feel free to book wherever you’d like to stay.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to join us in semi-formal to formal attire as we celebrate our big day. Feel free to wear any color that makes you feel amazing. Just please save white for the bride.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We'd miss you if you can't make it to our most memorable event, but we'd still love to hear from you. Please let us know if you're unable to attend.
