When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

As soon as possible! This is considered Vermont's high season, and hotels sell out quickly in Manchester so please book in advance.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at our wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unfortunately only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will open at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive by 5:15 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Ubers & lyfts can be hard to come by in Manchester, so shuttles will be provided on the wedding day. The shuttle stops will be added to the 'Schedule' tab once finalized. For those that choose to drive, parking is available and complimentary at Hildene.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Ceremony & Cocktail Hour will be held in the outdoor garden at Hildene. Dinner and dancing will be held inside the Lincoln Hall at Hildene.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - the Wedding Day attire is Semi-Formal.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

If you plan to drink, please remember to bring a valid, the venue requires ID check for all alcoholic beverages.
