What started as a blind date turned into forever. AJ and I met in the most unexpected way—as blind dates to his senior prom at Tampa Catholic High School. We were set up through mutual friends, not knowing that one simple introduction would change everything. On April 28, 2018, we saw each other for the very first time at Armature Works, where we met for pictures before prom. From that moment on, something just felt right. A little over a week later, on May 7, 2018, we officially started dating—and we’ve been together ever since. Over the years, we’ve grown up side by side—navigating college, new friendships, and the start of our careers together. Through every season, we’ve built a relationship rooted in love, laughter, and unwavering support. Then, on December 21, 2024, AJ brought our story full circle. He took me back to where it all began—Armature Works—and asked me to marry him, with our entire family secretly there to witness the moment. As we begin this next chapter, we’re celebrating just down the river at the Tampa River Center—only a mile from where we first met—making it all the more meaningful to start this next chapter so close to where our story began. From a blind date to a lifetime together… we can’t wait to say “I do.”
