Ramada

The Ramada is expecting a large group of guests from our wedding. In order to reserve a room, you would need to call them and tell them you are a part of the Vander Velde/Olson wedding. The reduced rate for our guests is $160 a night. It is best to call as soon as possible :)

Fillenwarth Beach Resort

This is a resort on the shores of West Okoboji. Like most hotels in the area aside from our "designated guest hotel," Fillenwarth will more than likely require a two night minimum. However, we are recommending other possible hotels and resorts for our guests who may be looking for a vacation for themselves or their family around the time of our wedding. Fillenwarth Beach Resort is a family friendly resort that offers a wide variety of amenities including multiple boat rides and water skiing lessons. Like most places to stay in the Okoboji area, it is best to call as soon as possible!

Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center

Arrowwood is another option we are passing along. It is one of the nicer hotels in the Okoboji area and also one of the pricier ones. It is a very nice 3 star hotel that is seated on Brooks National Golf Club. It also offers an Indoor Water Playland and the Salon of Okoboji. Another nice option for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at Okoboji!

Bridges Bay Resort

Bridges Bay is probably one of the most well known hotels in the Okoboji area due to its large waterpark. Bridges Bay is on East Okoboji and is within walking distance of the Waterfront and the Bracco. Both of these restaurants are local favorites. Bridges Bay offers small to large rooms for couples or large families. This is one of the pricier options but with much to offer, we thought we would pass it along to our guests.

Okoboji Commons Hotel

The Okoboji Commons is a newly remodeled hotel seated right along Highway 71 close to the center of the action. The Commons are within walking distance of the Smack Shack and The Okoboji Store. It also offers a relaxing view of East Okoboji. They do require a two night minimum and are priced upon size of party.
