Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

You can RSVP online through our wedding website under the RSVP tab. Please note that RSVPing is just the first step. The final head count will be confirmed through booking your hotel stay with us, which can be done under the Travel Accommodations tab. Be sure to reserve your room as well.

Please RSVP and book your travel accommodations by no later than September 1st 2025.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. Plus ones are only permitted if specifically stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for this special celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable, especially with the warm weather in Mexico. However, we strongly encourage our guests to visit the gallery portion of our website for dress inspiration and examples. We also recommend staying as close to the color palette from the inspiration photos as possible to help create a cohesive look for our celebration.

When should guests arrive at the resort, and how long should they stay?

We recommend arriving no later than November 12th to ensure you’re settled in before the wedding. You’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like—make it a vacation! Please note there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

What Grand Palladium hotel should we stay at?

Answer

Most guests will be staying at the exclusive TRS Yucatán Adults-only resort. We are giving guests the option to request to stay at one of the other resorts at the Grand Palladium. However if you choose to go that route you will not be allowed on the TRS Yucatán grounds. Our wedding day celebrations are not on the TRS grounds therefore it is a great option for guests who are not picky and want to save a few bucks on their hotel accommodations.

Can I book my own accommodations myself or through my family’s travel agent?

Answer

It is important that all guests book within our designated room block, as the resort requires everyone attending the wedding to do so. If you do not book through Joyce, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the wedding due to the resort's policies. To keep everything simple and stress-free for both you and us, please book through Joyce. She’s absolutely wonderful and will ensure everything is perfect for you!
