Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please let us know if you intend to attend our wedding by March 30th, at the latest. If there are any emergencies that come up at the last minute, please reach out to Patricia Spencer- 678) 571-0708 so that we can ensure we have an accurate head count.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered for a honeymoon fund through Zola. However, while we appreciate any gift, your presence is our favorite present!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests please dress their best in formal attire. Our “vibe” that we are going for is Spring Garden Party. Note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on grassy terrain, ladies please keep this in mind when picking your shoes! Also, please feel free to bring a change of comfy clothes or shoes to dance the night away!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle that will be transporting guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Our top priority is keeping everyone safe, so please plan transportation accordingly and do not drink and drive. The shuttle will be at the hotel at 4:30pm to pick up guests and bring them to the venue. The shuttle will return to the hotel in 45 minute increments, allowing guests to leave at their own pace. The schedule for return trips will be: 9:00pm, 9:45pm, or 10:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue we are only able to accommodate a certain amount of guests. We ask that you do not bring anyone that is not listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but your hangover the next morning will be on you ;)

Answer

Yes we do! Check out our “travel” tab above to see the block of hotel rooms we have reserved at the Comfort Inn and Suites East Ellijay. Please be sure to reserve a room for your party if you plan to stay the night in Ellijay. We can’t wait to see you there!
