We regret to announce that our wedding will now only be an intimate ceremony and celebration. We wish that you could be there to celebrate with us, but this change is for the safety of yourself and others. Thank you so much for your understanding, love and support in these uncertain times as we continue this journey to becoming husband and wife. Reception to follow in 2021 to celebrate our marriage with all of our friends and family! Date TBD
Carter and I first met in Spanish class at LSU. After a few weeks of him asking me what the homework was when he didn’t do it anyway, he got my number and invited me to a FIJI bus trip. He called me a few days before, saying we couldn’t go anymore because he had forgotten to pay his dues. I’m glad I didn’t kick him to the curb and I instead asked if he would like to go to my bus trip the following week. We had a blast and he asked if I would go to La Caretta’s with him for dinner sometime and I said yes. We dated the rest of our time at LSU, through further schooling and long distance, and now we are together in Shreveport: me a nurse, he a second year medical student. Carter Proposed on April 19, 2019 at Tableau in New Orleans, LA in front of both of our families. We are so excited for this special time in our lives and can't wait to celebrate our big day with everyone!
