While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of our families children as listed on the formal invitation.
Our room block at the Double Tree is almost full as of 5/25/2026. Rooms are still available outside of the block through the hotel website or your preferred travel website. Otherwise, there are also other hotel options around Cedar Rapids if that works better for you. These are listed under the "Travel" tab.
We’d love for guests to dress up while staying comfortable in semi-formal attire.
There is onsite/overnight parking at the venue and reception.
