Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

No, we hope all celebrate responsibly and just carpool with others if you need or order an Uber.

Question

Where is the closest hotel?

Answer

The Pavilion provided us with hotels that are all roughly 15-20 minutes from the venue. Hampton Inn 2700 Cranston Rd. Beloit, WI 53511 (608)362-6000 There’s a hotel block here under “Rapier-St. Amand Wedding” Hotel Goodwin 500 Public Ave. Beloit, WI 53511 (608)473-1400 (We will be staying here)

Can my car stay overnight at The Pavillion?

Answer

If you need to leave your car for the night, it's alright with The Pavillion they just ask you to pick it up the next day before noon.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to maintaining a certain guest count we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invite.

Will this wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting) and then the reception is indoors.

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Casual!!! Groomsman are going to be in blue jeans but dress up if you want to. We only ask that you refrain from any shades of white.

Is this wedding kid friendly?

Answer

As much as we love everyone's kiddos, we are only allowing kids who are in the wedding party to come.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes!!! Our whole wedding is being held at The Pavillion.

Question

Where can I find a Registry?

Answer

Due to us living together for 5 years already, there's not really anything we need for our house anymore, so cash would be appreciated to put towards renovations/honeymoon.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

While our invites states ceremony time is at 4pm, we will start right at 4pm, so please arrive 30 minutes early to find a seat before the ceremony starts.
