Question

Are there Covid-19 precautions in place?

Answer

Yes, we are following all of New York state's mandated guidelines for social gatherings. All guests will be required to provide documentation for one of the following: 1. Proof of complete vaccination 14 days prior to the wedding 2. Negative PCR Covid test within 72 hours of the wedding (test cannot be performed prior to June 23, 2021) 3. Negative Rapid Covid test within 6 hours of the wedding (10:30am on June 26th) We will be checking guests in upon arrival to the property and asking to see proof of vaccination or your negative test result. In order to expedite the check-in process, you may email proof of vaccination to our wedding planner, Alyssa Johnson, alyssa@alyssajeansignatureevents.com. Any guests not able to provide documentation will not be permitted entry. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience but ensuring the safety of all guests is of utmost importance to us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire please! We also recommend ladies wear flats, wedges, or a block heel as the tent will be set on grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. If you are taking our shuttle, we will ensure you arrive in time! If you are driving yourself, please plan to arrive by 4:15pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing a shuttle to/from downtown Hudson. We have a block of rooms set up at The Wick. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please plan transportation accordingly. Parking at the property is going to be limited so we strongly advise you to take the shuttle.

Answer

Of course! We have set up a block of rooms at The Wick. Please visit our travel page to learn how to book your stay. We also have other hotel reccomendations if you so choose.

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding!
