When and Where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by December 1st 2024. You are more than welcome to RSVP before!

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear the color Black and try to avoid any shades of blue or vibrant colors for accessories. The dress code is black formal. For men, we suggest a black blazer, or button-down with black pants. For women, a black dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. Our wedding will be in the midst of winter weather, please dress accordingly. The entire event will be indoors. Winter jackets will be hung on coat racks provided by the venue. To avoid loosing track of belongings please leave them in the hotel or vehicle when you arrive.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night. We will have an interactive photo session during the reception and after party. When we get the photos back we will reach out to you with prints or link to the photos.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We have a shuttle bus arranged to pick up guests who stay at the hotel options. The shuttle will return you to your hotel at the end of the night. If you do not choose to stay in a hotel please park at the venue. If you miss the shuttle please make arrangements to return to the venue the next day for your vehicle. The final shuttle pick up time will be at 3:45pm.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, if you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund. We are planning a trip to British Columbia Canada/ Revelstoke Canada! What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. Serving grilled chicken breast with smoked gouda or Chef Carved Dijon Pork Loin. With sides of Buttered corn, and Cranberry/Feta Salad topped with Raspberry Vinaigrette. Along with the option between Parsley Baby Red Potatoes or Wild Rice Pilaf.

What are kiddos eating?

Answer

Under the age of 11 kids will be provided Chicken tenders, Mac and cheese and a Fruit Cup.

Answer

We will be having a cash bar. Please remember your credit cards or cash for drinks during the reception.
