The Rockwater has multiple options for accommodation - tenthouses, cabins, lodge rooms, you name it! We have the entire resort for the weekend but there are limited amounts of each type of accommodation. In order to accommodate everyone, Carter and Hanna will be sending out a Google Form (or phone call) to see what everyone's preference is for lodging and we will absolutely try to make it happen! This will happen once the RSVP deadline has closed so we have an idea of who is coming. Once that is sorted, we will provide everyone with a discount code to be able to book online or through the front desk. For a general idea, accommodation rates range from $249.00 - $549.00 / night (2 night minimum - Friday to Sunday). There are also options for sharing rooms. More information to follow!
Travel Note
There are two ways of getting to the Sunshine Coast - by ferry or by float plane. FERRY: The ferry can accommodate both passenger walk-ons and vehicles. If planning on driving on, we highly recommend booking ferry reservations through BC Ferries - it is the most popular way of getting to the Coast and is a very busy route, so we recommend booking ahead of time! Booking sooner will ensure you get to come to all the events throughout the weekend! Route: HORSESHOE BAY to LANGDALE. Recommended sailings on Friday, September 18, 2026: 2:25pm, 3:45pm, 4:45pm. For the return route: LANGDALE to HORSESHOE BAY, recommended sailings on Sunday, Sept 20, 2026: 1:15pm or 3:35pm. Let either Carter or Hanna know if you need any help with booking or other questions! FLOAT PLANE: There are two options for float plane companies. 1. Sunshine Coast Air - departure from Vancouver Airport (YVR South) to Sechelt Inlet 2. Harbour Air - departure from Vancouver Harbour (Coal Harbour) to Sechelt Inlet or Vancouver Airport (YVR South) to Sechelt Inlet Please see section below about transportation once on the Coast.
Travel Note
Once on the Coast there are limited options for transportation so we highly recommend having your own (or shared) wheels! For this reason, we highly recommend driving on the ferry with your own vehicle or rental car, or consider carpooling with a larger group! If you are flying into Sechelt Inlet please ensure you have a pick-up as there are no rental companies or uber. There are very few taxis and truthfully, they are not reliable - so please plan accordingly. The resort is located ~60 minutes from the ferry terminal or ~25 minutes from Sechelt Inlet.
