Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be cocktail attire, formal to semi-formal. Gowns and tuxedos are welcome, but not required.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify the Bride or Groom about any food restrictions via email. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Dinner will be buffet style, any nut free, gluten free and/or dairy free items will be labeled accordingly for your convenience. Please email any dietary restrictions to Lindsay.Carswell18@gmail.com

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a public parking lot conveniently located across from the venue. If you choose to leave your car at the Double Tree by Hilton, the venue is just 2 blocks from the hotel.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Registry is located under the registry tab on this website. If you choose to pick an item from the registry off of a different website, please contact us. Personalized wedding gifts are welcome as well. Our address is located on the invitation envelope for those who choose to ship gifts directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children over the age of one year old must be part of the wedding party to attend. Children under the age of one year old are welcome to attend. Please contact the Bride and Groom with any further questions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation from the hotels to the ceremony. There is a rented block at the Double Tree by Hilton, this hotel is just a short walk to the venue. If preferred, Uber and taxi services are available in the area.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones will be specified on wedding invitations.
