Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding is cocktail attire. The wedding will take place outside (weather permitting) so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Getting to Swan Lake: Shuttles will pick up guests at the Hampton Inn at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 30. Getting back to the Hampton Inn: One shuttle will pick guests up at 9:30 PM from the venue and another shuttle will pick up the remaining guests at 10:15 when the reception has ended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the wedding venue. There is a limited number of parking spaces. So, please be mindful of that and try to carpool if possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at five-thirty. Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes before.

Can I check-in early at the hotel block?

Answer

Yes! The Hampton Inn is allowing guests to check-in before 3 PM on Saturday as long as the room is ready.
