The wedding will be outdoors in August, so please dress in semi-formal attire that's comfortable for warm weather. Dresses, jumpsuits, lightweight suits, or dress shirts and slacks are all great options. We do kindly ask that guests avoid jeans or very casual clothing. We want you to feel good and look great while celebrating with us!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30–3:45 to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled before we start. We can’t wait to see you there!
We’re excited to make transportation to and from the ceremony/reception as easy as possible for our guests! A shuttle bus will be available to take guests between the three hotels (American Inn, Heartland Inn, and Super 8) in Park Rapids and the wedding venue. The shuttle will run frequently, ensuring everyone has a convenient and stress-free ride. The shuttle will run from 2:00pm-11:45pm. We hope this makes your experience even more enjoyable! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony". The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos when we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
The wedding ceremony will be outside on the grass. The reception will be outdoors, but under a covered area.
