FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up, however we want you to also be comfortable. Semi-formal attire is appropriate but ultimately wear whatever you feel good in! We just ask that you avoid wearing colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride, such as whites, creams, and ivories.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately only those formally invited will be able to attend due to limited space provided. If you have a plus one, it will be noted under your RSVP. If you have questions regarding bringing a plus one and do not see their name listed on your RSVP, please discuss it with the bride.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Of course! Kids are more than welcome to attend, however you are ultimately responsible for them and will be in charge of any damages that may occur from not keeping an eye on them throughout the ceremony/reception.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception both will be taking place at Plentywoods Venue in Elkins, AR. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside.

Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early in order to find parking and to find your seat.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

We need an accurate headcount for our vendors. Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2026. Failure to RSVP by this date will result in a declined invitation.

Question

Where do I stay?

Answer

The venue is located 19 miles from Fayetteville, AR with plenty of hotels and lodging!

Question

Is there transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately no, each guest will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Uber will drop off at the venue but they will not pick up.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but please drink responsibly and have a plan for transportation. The bartender has the right to restrict services to anyone clearly impaired. Alcohol is only to be served from the licensed bartender. Retrieving alcohol from personal coolers/vehicles is NOT allowed.
