Most commercial travelers fly into Missoula Montana Airport (MSO). Located about 45 to 50 miles north of Hamilton in the Bitterroot Valley, it is the closest major airport and offers flights from major hubs via carriers like United, Delta, and Alaska Airlines.
Transportation: Renting a car at the Missoula Montana Airport is highly recommended, as public transportation is extremely limited in the Bitterroot Valley.
