Carson and Meg first met when he was begrudgingly brought by Tyler to visit Sam and her friends in Lowell. Some years later, their paths crossed again at Shannon's birthday dinner. After an evening of reconnecting, Carson reached out the following day to see if Shannon would set them up, and the rest is history!

Carson picked up the ring and just couldn't wait! After Meg's last day of clinical for NP school, Meg met Carson at his parent's house. When she got there, Jim distracted her while Carson got down on one knee -- She said yes!
