Yes, we love an opportunity to dress up! We ask that our guests join us in celebrating in Spring/Summer cocktail attire. For Men: We request a suit and tie or a blazer and dress pants. For Women: We recommend a midi or knee-length dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a tailored suit. *Please, no jeans!*

Our wedding palette will lean towards airy sunset and romantic shades, featuring soft pastels like light blue, blush pink, mellow yellow, and peach orange. Guests are highly encouraged to wear these light, cheerful tones to match the sunset vibe!

Do I have a plus one? Are my kids invited?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we are only able to welcome those who have RSVP'd for our event. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and RSVP!

What time is the ceremony? Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 1pm - this does NOT mean to arrive at that time! We kindly ask that guests arrive early. Once the mass has begun, the doors will close and remain shut to avoid any disturbances or interruptions, so please plan your arrivals accordingly! Our cocktail hour will begin at 6pm with the reception following at the McDavid Studio & Van Cliburn Recital Hall in Downtown Fort Worth.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you keep your phone and cameras tucked away in a pocket or purse during the ceremony. We have hired photographers to capture the day for us and would love for you to enjoy being in the moment.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony at St. Mary of the Assumption will be located directly behind the church building, as well as in the adjacent lot to the church, on South Jennings St. Parking for the reception is available at the following most accessible locations: 1. City Center Garage #2, located at 401 Calhoun St., (directly across the venue/on the corner of E. 4th St. & Calhoun St.) 2. 777 Main North Garage, located at 299 E. 7th St. (located behind Bass Hall/on the corner of E. 5th St. & Calhoun St.)
