We ask that everyone tests for COVID-19 before coming the weekend of the wedding, regardless of vaccination status. If you feel sick but still test negative, we ask that you please stay home. Weather permitting, most of the wedding will be held outdoors. That being said, you are not obligated to come if you do not feel comfortable! We will miss you, but we totally understand.
We ask guests to dress in formalwear. Both Western and Bengali attire are welcome — please wear whatever is most comfortable! Keep in mind that the event will take place mostly in the evening, so dress appropriately for Florida weather in December.
Once you receive your formal invitation, there will be a QR code to scan and RSVP right here on our website. If you need help with the online RSVP process, please reach out to the email address noted above.
October 31 is the deadline for RSVP — please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide an accurate headcount to our caterers with sufficient time.
You will be missed — if you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" (after you receive your formal invitation) so we can plan accordingly.
We do not have a registry — we ask guests not to send or bring gifts. The only gift we request is your presence.
We will serve a mix of nonvegetarian and vegetarian appetizers during a cocktail hour at the start of the reception. For dinner, we will serve a duet plate comprising a seared steak filet medallion and a grilled Gulf shrimp skewer. An alternative of vegan vegetable Wellington will also be available upon request. All food will be halal.
