It's the first month at Central Wyoming College. Hope and her sister's PT Cruiser broke down on the school's road, on their way to go get their horses. Carson and his cousin, Keller, were headed to lunch at the cafeteria. Keller pointed out that there were two cute girls stranded and urged Carson to go with him. We are sure glad Keller did what he did. Because the rest is history!
Carson and Hope had been together for a little over 2 years. And he decided to pop the biggest question in his life. To the person, he loves the most. Hope and Carson were headed over the mountain to Buffalo, WY to meet Hope’s college roommates for lunch. The drive over was breathtaking. The snow sparkled on Meadowlark lake and Hope complained about forgetting her camera. Carson suggested stopping on the way home. Lunch was wonderful. Catching up with Kate and Shaylee was wonderful. Carson got to meet Kates's now fiancé and talk with him, while the girls gossiped. We said our goodbyes and parted ways. If you know Hope, after eating and not having to drive, she is a bad copilot and will fall asleep. They pulled over at Meadowlark. so she could take some pictures and let their dog, Cali, out. It was warm for a winter afternoon. Hope and Carson soaked in the sun and chatted for a bit about the awful 2020 year. Dreaming about what 2021 will bring. And before too long it goes quiet. A soft, “Hey Hopey, would you be my wife.” Came from Carson's lips. Here we are getting ready for a fabulous wedding!!!
