Black Bear Lodge: Located behind the Condo Commons Black Bear Lodge is hotel style lodging located a short walk from the village. Building amenities include WiFi, complimentary continental breakfast, coffee and tea in the lobby, indoor hot tub and sauna. Black Bear Lodge offers a limited number of rooms for well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Founders Lodge: Located in the Condo Commons Founders Lodge boasts a unique ski lodge character and ambiance, reflected in the exterior architecture and rich interior detailing. Located a short walk from the village, this building includes two and three bedroom condominiums. Building amenities include Wifi, outdoor hot tub, and a fitness room. Long Trail House: Located in the Condo Commons Enjoy the comfort and convenience of living on the Village Common. Just steps from the Village, Long Trail House offers a variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom condominiums. Fully furnished, each home has a gas fireplace and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Building amenities include WiFi, sauna, outdoor pool and hot tub. Rising Bear Lodge: Located in the Condo Commons Modeled after the grand National Park lodges, these condos reflects subdued colors and rustic materials that blend with the natural surroundings. With a short walk to the village, this building offers three bedroom condominiums. Building amenities include WiFi, outdoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub.
