Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark

We have reserved a hotel block for our out-of-town guests in need of accommodations. This hotel is conveniently connected to our reception venue and features stunning views, as well as an indoor waterpark. Situated in the Port of Dubuque, it offers easy access to nearby attractions, including a museum, winery, and casino, all within walking distance. In order to secure a room, you must call the reservations department or front desk of the hotel (phone number listed above). Let them know you are a guest of the DeStefano/Jones wedding. The room options in our hotel block are a Standard 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds. They are both $139 (+taxes and fees) per night! Rooms must be booked by November 5, 2025, in order to receive a spot in the block.

Trolley From Hotel to Church

For anyone staying at our hotel, there will be a trolley running from the Grand Harbor Resort to St. Raphael Cathedral and back for our ceremony. These trolleys are a very fun experience and an important part of Dubuque's rich history.

The Eastern Iowa Airport (cid)

The Eastern Iowa Airport, situated in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from Dubuque. Cedar Rapids and Madison, Wisconsin are the two closest airports to Dubuque. Both airports provide direct flights from Dallas and Chicago. Flights into Cedar Rapids and Madison tend to be more expensive; therefore, we advise tracking flight prices.

We also recommend the Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, Wisconsin. Located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Dubuque, this airport offers direct flights from Dallas and other major cities. We have no preference between Madison and Cedar Rapids and suggest choosing the airport that best suits your travel plans!

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ord)

A final airport option is O'Hare International Airport, located in Chicago, Illinois. This airport is significantly farther from Dubuque, requiring approximately a three-hour drive. However, it offers direct flights on a wide variety of airlines from many more cities, often at a much lower cost.
