Picture this: Summer 2018. Fourth of July weekend. The Jolly Trolley is packed shoulder-to-shoulder on its way from Rehoboth to Dewey Beach when some random man stops the trolley from pulling away so two girls can squeeze on at the last second...was this man, Fate? Carson and her friend grab the only two seats left, right next to Bradley and his friend Evan, who had invited Bradley along on his family’s annual Dewey Beach vacation. Carson, deciding that chatting with two complete strangers was a perfectly acceptable way to spend the ride home, struck up a conversation… and just like that, a friendship began. Over the next few years, Carson and Bradley became best friends, talking every single day about anything and everything under the sun. Somewhere along the way, Carson fell first, but unfortunately her timing wasn’t exactly ideal. She confessed her feelings the day after Bradley started dating someone else, earning herself an immediate trip to the friend zone (Carson Here: My intentions were good I swear). While they remained friends, they both continued to date other people and fell out of contact for a couple of months. But timing has a funny way of working itself out, Bradley and Carson both found themselves single at the same time and ready to reconnect… finally. They reunited during college in the most romantic setting imaginable: a fraternity beach weekend in Myrtle Beach. And somehow, between years of friendship, missed timing, and beach weekends, everything finally fell into place. After 2.5 years of long distance, 3 years of living together, and one high maintenance menace of a cat, we landed here. Welcome to our wedding website!
