Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list limited. Plus ones are included only if noted on your invitation. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to ask!

Attire

We kindly ask that guests keep attire aligned with the western-chic, semi-formal feel of the day. Cowboy boots are encouraged but not required, and comfort is key for an outdoor celebration. Most importantly—we just can’t wait to celebrate with you! Bring your boots, your dancing shoes, and your best energy.

A note about children

Our ceremony and reception are planned as an adults focused celebration, children who are part of the wedding party are, of course, included. If you’re able to arrange childcare, we’d be so grateful. If that isn’t possible, we understand and would much rather you attend with your child than not celebrate with us at all.

Will transportation be available?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests staying at both hotels. Shuttles will depart from the hotels to the venue at 2:30 PM and will return guests back to the hotels beginning at 11:00 PM. Please note, overnight parking is available at the venue for guests.

Please note that due to the venue’s rural location, cell service may be limited or unavailable. Wedding ceremony will be outside.
