Wasn’t Asheville recently hit by a hurricane?

Answer

Yes indeed It was. But a lot of bad parts have been re-built. As you explore the city, you will find the areas that cannot be recovered. The deeper in the mountains you will see more damage. But that’s why the locals of Asheville need our money right now, to help them grow and rebuild again :)

Are we able to drive straight into Asheville since the hurricane?

Answer

I40 coming from Tennessee is shut down for good, at least for a while. However the map will route you around if you are driving, either through South Carolina or Virginia - depending on whether you enter through the top or bottom of NC.

What airport is closest to Asheville?

Answer

There is an Asheville Regional Airport, but the most common is CLT. It is about a 2 hour drive to Asheville. Please reach out to Carson directly for assistance on booking flights if needed. :)

Do you guys live in Asheville?

Answer

No, we live in Statesville, NC - about an hour and a half away :) we just love the Asheville mountains and all of the peace they bring!
