Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located at Oak Grove at Jorgenson Farms. The ceremony and reception will be indoors in the Main Hall, and cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors (weather permitting) in the Cottage & Greenhouse. Just a friendly heads-up: Jorgenson Farms has two gorgeous venues on site - The Gardens and Oak Grove. We are getting married at Oak Grove, which is located at 7500 Harlem Road, Westerville, OH 43081. Please double check when you are searching "Jorgenson Farms" in your GPS that you are selecting "Jorgenson Farms Oak Grove" and are going to the correct address!

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on our wedding website. Please submit your RSVPs by July 27th so we can provide a final headcount to our vendors. If you have any questions about your invitation, please reach out!

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone and their loved ones! However, due to limited space, only guests who receive a plus one on their invitations can bring a guest. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to space and logistical constraints, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of the bridal party/immediate family. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus New Albany. Please refer to the "Travel" tab and book your room through the provided link.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for a free shuttle to transport guests staying at the Fairfield Inn to and from the wedding. In order to have a seat on the shuttle, you must sign up for a time slot at the front desk when you arrive. Shuttles depart from the hotel at 2:50pm, 3:10pm and 3:30pm and depart from the wedding at 9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:00pm.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking available. You are also welcome to leave your vehicle there overnight.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! When you RSVP, there is an option to make a special request for those with food allergies.
