Question

Will the ceremony and reception spaces be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! The ceremony area will be in an open field surrounded by trees. The space will be partially to fully shaded by the time of the ceremony. No direct sun! The reception space will be partially covered. Seating will be inside an airplane hanger and the dance floor will be just outside. Again these outside areas will be shaded. If the weather is not cooperating with us and it is raining, you will receive a message with new location directions for the ceremony. The reception will be held in the same place.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. The theme we are going for is “garden party”. We would love to see lots of colors and floral patterns! May we suggest the following attire: Women: Midi-, knee-length, or maxi dress, dressy separates or jumpsuit. Wedges, block heels or flats recommended for walking on the grass. No white please! Men: Dress slacks with button-down shirt. tie/coat optional.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered on zola for items for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found on this website by clicking the “registry” section on the header.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Cars will be parked in between the reception and ceremony spaces. Once you pull into the property, there will be people leading you where to park. That being said, PLEASE CARPOOL if you can.

What time should I arrive?

Guests can start arriving at 4pm to find their seats before the ceremony starts at 5pm.

Food is being catered from Firewater BBQ. A menu can be found on the “timeline” page.

Alcohol will be available in bottled drinks.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation!
