Erin and Carson first met in May, 2015 when Carson returned to work at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Orlando. Although it was love at first sight for one of them (you can take a guess who), the pair decided to take things slow. After remaining friends and growing closer over several months, a relationship naturally began. In the blink of an eye, they found themselves supporting one another through graduations, degrees, job changes, buying a house, adopting their feline children, and more. All the while travelling the world and creating incredible memories. This exciting next step is six years in the making and just another chapter in Erin and Carson's love story, one they can't wait to share with you!

After enjoying lunch at their favorite German restaurant, Erin and Carson ventured over to the Museum of Science and Industry to see the planetarium show. This unique show projected the night sky throughout history for an audience. Near the end of the event, the presenter projected the night sky of a special date, 08.24.2015, the date of Erin and Carson's anniversary. At this time, Carson got down on one knee and asked Erin to marry him. She said yes and the confused audience members began to cheer!
