Maid of Honor
Sister of the bride. Otherwise known as my younger "twin" until she grew taller than me at the age of two. After traveling Europe not once, or twice, but three times to perform, she's definitely solidified her place as the musical talent of the family.
Best Man
He doesn't look like me or act like me, but there's no brother I'd rather have.
Maid of Honor
Sister of the bride. The most intensely focused person I know, until you throw on some Disney tunes while baking in the kitchen. This soon-to-be professional ballerina has some killer moves.
Groomsman
Brother of the bride. To be honest, my favorite brother. It's impressive he survived growing up with three sisters and only had his nails painted once! As a passionate engineering major (go Hokies!), the smartest sibling for sure.
Bridesmaid
My friend from college and sorority little. We met on Bid Day, when Emily and Rachel were paired up together as Alpha sisters!
Groomsman
Connor and I met at Vandy through rugby, and we roomed together (super) senior year. More importantly, Connor introduced me to Emily. Excellent at helping me think through all my dumb hypotheticals and machinations.
Bridesmaid
My friend from college and sorority big. We met as cast members in Vanderbilt Off-Broadway's performance of Grease. I originally thought she hated me when we auditioned for the same part (ChaCha). Luckily, she got a better one!
Groomsman
I've known the Curtis family since the day I was born, and Alex and I have always had the bond of being older brothers to much better athletes (no offense Alex).
Bridesmaid
Cousin of the bride. First time we met (I was a baby), she thought I was incredibly boring and ditched me for her Elmo toy. Luckily, I convinced her to give me a chance and we've been close ever since!
Groomsman
Everyone needs a friend like Mike. One of very few who makes sure I don't do anything too stupid (alone). Always down to kill a bottle of bourbon (or southern comfort).
Bridesmaid
Cousin of the bride. Fashionista and future model. World traveler. Basically the coolest.
Groomsman
Met Max the day we moved to Chicago. Always be friends with the neighbor who has the big yard. Can't tell you how much damage we caused at their place (sorry Mr. Krueger).
Bridesmaid
My friend from college and dance company little. We met through our sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and became close when Michelle joined my dance company, Vitality! Forever grateful that I tricked her into replacing me as Vitality president.
Groomsman
Mr. Perfect is the most genuine guy you'll ever meet. This was just an excuse to make him take time off from working 24/7 to report the news in Louisiana.
Bridesmaid
My friend from college and sorority twin. We also met as cast members in Vanderbilt Off-Broadway's performance of Grease and are currently Boston roommates.
Groomsman
The only one of my friends that has been described as "too nice to hang out with you guys." Easily my parents' favorite friend.
Bridesmaid
My childhood friend. We studied ballet together and became close friends in middle school when we performed the Tea leads in the Nutcracker. We were also roommates in New York for a year!
Groomsman
Professional hype man. Never had a boring day with Nate around.
Junior Bridesmaid
Cousin of the bride. She followed in my footsteps as a dancer, but if it came down to it, she would win the dance-off. Also way more put together than I ever was at her age.
Junior Bridesmaid
Cousin of the bride and an extremely talented hockey player. Selfishly happy about that because all her hockey camps are in the northeast so she has to visit me! She may be fierce on the ice, but she's a softie at heart.
