FAQs

Here are a few things that you might want to know about our big day!
Question

I've never been to a Catholic Mass before - what should I expect?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take the form of a full Mass, meaning that we will hear the Word of God and celebrate the Eucharist (also known as communion). We believe that Jesus Christ and his death and resurrection are the most important gifts we have ever been given and we seek to put Him at the center of our marriage. Just do what everyone else is doing at the service and you will be fine!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive 10-15 minutes early or Father Edgar will call you out 😉

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal and no jeans.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Due to COVID-19, we have to honor strict caps on attendance. We hope that everyone who is invited can make it!

Question

What can I bring as a gift?

Answer

You are more than welcome to pick something from our registry or contribute to the newlywed fund - both are greatly appreciated!
