Why are you requiring vaccinations?

Answer

First and foremost, our venue is a nature conservatory that follows state guidelines. As of current, guests must be vaccinated for events that require unmasking (such as eating during the reception). Lastly, we care deeply about all of our guests attending this event. Many of our guests are elderly or immunocompromised, and Steph works with ill patients as a nurse every day. Having a large-scale event during a pandemic is something we intend to take seriously. We understand this may cause inconveniences and we apologize. We love you all the same, and we are working on livestreaming our wedding for those who cannot attend.

Will face masks be required?

Answer

Due to the vaccine mandate, face masks will not be required.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adults-only wedding unless you have a teenage-aged child otherwise specified on your invitation. We very much love all of the little ones and we hope you understand.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on-site. We have also hired a security guard for the parking lot to ensure the safety of your vehicle and belongings.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear semi-formal or formal attire. Note that the conservatory runs warm on the inside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let Stephanie or Colin know ahead of time so we can notify the caterer so they may prepare your meal separately from any potential allergens. The majority of our food will be allergen-friendly.
