Question

What time should I arrive by for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start by 3:15 PM. We ask everyone arrive fifteen minutes early to have time to find parking and sit down for the ceremony.

I'm coming from out of town, are there any options for places to stay?

Answer

We understand and appreciate all those coming from out of town to celebrate with us! We have two hotels with 10 rooms blocked off for guests to rent. The Courtyard at Marriott Salisbury and Holiday Inn Express Salisbury are taking reservations under the name Carroll/Sain Wedding. You can reserve your room by going to the 'Travel' link on this website and looking at either hotel listed. These rooms are first come first serve, so book your room as soon as possible. There are also options through AirBnB or VRBO if families want to chip in to stay together in the surrounding area!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Due to the many different places everyone will be staying at, there will not be transportation provided. If you plan to drink without a designated driver, please use Uber or Lyft. The venue has allowed those who are not able to drive at the end of the night, to leave their vehicle at the venue until 11:00 AM the next day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for the ceremony/reception! There are 100 spaces available so we say to carpool with anyone you feel comfortable with or Uber/Lyft to the venue if you plan on drinking alcohol.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP there will be an option asking if you have any food allergies. Please state what kind of food allergy you have so we can make sure there are accommodations for you!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is expected to be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor with the reception taking place mainly indoors. There is a backup plan in case it rains with the ceremony taking place indoors.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

We will try to get any updated information that all guests need to know as soon as possible via text or phone call.

What's the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

When the invitations are sent out, we will make the RSVP area on the website active. There is a QR code and website link listed on the back of the invitation card that will take you to the website. Go to the menu where you will find the RSVP link. Please follow the instructions on the top of the website. Due to time constraints to let all vendors know the amount of people coming, the RSVP deadline is October 16th at 11:59 PM. Unfortunately, if guests RSVP after the deadline date they will not be included in the wedding count. To celebrate our day with us, please respond by the time listed above!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to alcohol being served at the wedding, we have decided to leave kids out of the wedding. Only those listed on the wedding invitation are invited.

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a limited number of seating and only those listed on the invitation are invited.
