I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will be able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

These are the most recent guidelines, they are subject to change. It is required to wear a mask in public areas of the Crowne Plaza (Lobby, bathroom, etc.). You may take off your mask while eating or drinking.

What are the current restrictions?

As of 4/10/2021 starting in May we will be able to have dancing and the maximum amount of people is 150. All attendee’s will require a face mask and will need to show a negative COVID test on the day of the event. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. We want to make this day as smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

Are we able to dance?

Answer

Yes! Thank goodness! But it won’t be a traditional dance floor. It will be “pod” dancing. So whoever you are sitting with will be who you can dance with. 😁
