As most of you know, we're unconventional people, so feel free to rock eccentric & avant-garde fancy-wear, or, traditional formal attire! Whatever you feel fabulous in! If you'd like a *soft* recommendation: gowns & tuxedos are welcome, but so are cocktail dresses & suits!

The venue is close to the Metro-North Tarrytown train station, which is available via Grand Central Station (~35 minute train ride). Uber and Lyft are also readily available in all surrounding areas! Let us know if you have any specific questions, we're happy to help!
The stunning Lyndhurst Mansion grounds host a variety of sites throughout the day, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. If the forecast is on the colder side for 11/2, we'll have outdoor heating!
All of our wedding day events will be hosted on various sites within the Lyndhurst Mansion grounds. The ceremony will be held in their breathtaking greenhouse, the cocktail hour will be held on the Castle's veranda which directly overlooks the Hudson river, and the reception will be in a tented indoor/outdoor space, with access to the entirety of the estate throughout the evening! We love this venue for it's blend of adventure, whimsy, and grandeur, and we cannot wait to share this experience with you!
There are no stairs at any of the venue sites, however, there are outdoor paths between sites. The staff at Lyndhurst Mansion is happy to help, and provide golf-cart rides if needed. Let us know if you have any specific concerns!
Yes and yes!! Plenty of delicious eats will be provided throughout the day by the renowned Philip Stone Caterers, and dinner orders will be taken tableside! We'll also have 2 full open bars, an espresso bar, and a few more scrumptious surprises along the way ;-)
Dinner will be ordered table-side! If you want to think about it beforehand, here are the main-course options (note that the listing might differ slightly on 11/2): [1] BEEF: black angus tenderloin with parsnip puree, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms [2] FISH: sea bass bathed in a lemon chardonnay sauce with a meyer lemon and arugula ravioli (toasted), rice pilaf, and green beans [3] VEGETARIAN: roasted asparagus and sun-dried tomato risotto with shaved pecorino romano. If you indicated vegan on your RSVP - no worries - we'll have a vegan dish for you! <3
We're super excited to dance the night away with you to the Ladies & Gentleman band - and intermittent DJ'ing! The reception will be from about 6 - 11:30 pm - plan for lots of party time carousing!
