FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need a final headcount 30 days prior to the ceremony, so we ask that you RSVP by October 12th (if not sooner).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking people to arrive at the ceremony between 2:00 and 2:15 pm, so you have ample time to park and find your seat.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code! We're going for a more casual, rustic vibe. Be yourself!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We had to make some tough choices in order to keep our wedding smaller, which means minimal plus 1s. If you received an invitation for a plus 1 on your invite, feel free! If not, please respect our invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're currently limiting kids to family only. If you have a special request, please reach out to Caitlin or Chris directly.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking on site (although we urge you to Uber or Lyft so you can enjoy the open bar). The venue will provide golf cart assistance from the parking lot to the ceremony for the elderly or handicapped.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've designated the Lakehouse Resort as the main hotel spot for the bridal party and family, and we would love if you joined us! You can find discounted rates here: https://zola.hotelplanner.com/eh/4efdd-3cee. If you're curious as to other hotels nearby the venue, you can view additional discount options here: https://zola.hotelplanner.com/174737243/EventPage7391569.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Currently, there is not – but we definitely want to make sure everyone makes it there safely and conveniently. We recommend connecting with others to share rides through Uber or Lyft. If anything changes, we'll update guests ASAP! Lucky for us, it's only 1 mile from the designated hotel.
