Bride
Maid of Honor
From the Bride: If you know me, you know Grace and to know Grace, is to love her. Gracie has been my absolute best friend for over 14 years and I really don’t think I could imagine a life without her in it. She is my absolute confident, best friend, my shoulder to cry on and just overall my right hand. For most of our friendship, we’ve lived hours apart but it never phased the genuine friendship we have. We could go months without seeing each other and pick right back up with one another like it was nothing. Since we were little, we’ve both dreamed of the day when we get married and I’ve known since then that there was nobody else I would rather have stand beside me as my maid of honor then her. From Grace: Carrie and I met 14 years ago in our 3rd grade classroom. It’s crazy because for most of those 14 years we were miles part. But even with all those miles in between she was known as my best friend! Even if we went months without talking or seeing each other we still remained close. As your best friend I am so thankful I get to stand beside you on your biggest day! *commence the tears* I am so blessed that 14 years ago I met my best friend and I can’t wait to be a part of this special celebration and journey with you! As your maid of honor, and best friend, I promise to make sure that you know you are the most beautiful bride, and that your big day will be unforgettable!!
Matron of Honor
From the Bride: Tori was the first sister of terry’s that I met & I swear it was an instant bond between us from that day. She is my biggest hype girl, support system & I know I can come to her for literally anything. She took me in as her own & I couldn’t be more thankful for our relationship! From Tori: From the first time I met Carrie (at a wedding) I knew she would become family! I told my brother that night she was the one!
Bridesmaid
From the Bride: Marissa & I met in college at Lander, soon after she had her sweet boy baby Grayson. Despite all the big life changes we’ve both had, she’s always remained one of my best friends! I am incredibly thankful for all the memories we have and just for our friendship overall! Marissa’s favorite memory with the Bride: My favorite memory with you would most definitely be Sladen’s gender reveal. I loved keeping the secret no matter how hard it was, because I was so excited we were both having baby boys!
Bridesmaid
From the Bride: Kylee was one of my first friends that I made when I moved down to Orangeburg & she’s been nothing but constant support to not only me but our little family. I’m truly so blessed that she took me in as a friend like she’s known me forever. How Kylee & the Bride met: I met Carrie through my boyfriend (Allen) who is a childhood friend of Terry. When I first met Carrie it was a summer night and we were at Terry’s sister’s house for a little pool party. We immediately clicked that night! Carrie is such a sweet soul and I am honored to stand by her side on her big day!
Bridesmaid
From the Bride: Madison & I have been friends since we were just kids and even though we’ve lived 12 hours away most of our friendship, she’s always been one of my best friends. She was my first friend I made in Michigan and I’m so thankful we’ve remained close over all these years. Madison is the sweetest friend that is always rooting for me no matter the season, she’s always there to celebrate the good times and there for the not so good times. I truly don’t know a life without her. How Madison & the Bride met: It all started when Carrie was walking her dog and my little brother kept asking her to hang out with me because we had the same dog. I couldn’t even tell you how old we were because it was so long ago, we were both probably around 8. We were both so shy and didn’t really like the idea until both our parents kept pushing us to hangout. Soon we were hanging out everyday of summer. Then came the next summer when Carrie came to Michigan and we made friends with literally the whole neighborhood riding our bikes around. One of my favorite memories was playing man hunt with everyone before Carrie had to go back to SC. Our friendship means so so much to me and I could honestly never ask for a better friend or a second family. Let’s get Carrie married!!!
Bridesmaid
From the Bride: Emily is one of terry’s sisters & I truly couldn’t ask for a better future sister in law. Em is the absolute sweetest and most genuine person. From Emily: so happy to be able to call you my soon to be sister ❤️ can’t wait to stand by you on your special day!
Bridesmaid
From the Bride: Kaitlyn is one of Terry’s sisters, I couldn’t imagine my day without her quirky sense of humor, fun personality & just overall pure heart. From Kaitlyn: I love you & I’m so glad to have you as an official sister soon! ❤️
Bridesmaid
Words from the Bride: Sarah & I met in Greenwood when we were going through college through Terry & his friends. Sarah really made dealing with the boys antics so much more bearable, we were always able to do our own thing while they did theirs. She’s been through it all with me the past 3 years and has remained such a constant sweet, genuine friend when I didn’t have many. Despite all that’s happened since then, I’m so blessed to still have her by my side! How Sarah met Carrie: I met her through the sweetest people!

From the Groom: The definition of my day one. This guy has litteraly been there since making real friends was a thing! I think we basically lived together for several years either I was at his house or he was at mine! He was there every step of the way through life. He might know me better than my future wife 😉 From Allen: My friendship with Terry started back in 3rd grade when I invited him to my birthday party and he was the only one from school to come so I knew then he was a friend. Through the years we’ve been on many of vacations together and plenty of school nights stayed together too. From Will: Terry and I have been friends for id say close to 20 years. We’ve had a lot of good times, from drowning the dirt bike in the pond in the woods to sliding over a yellow jacket nest or just going walking for hours on end we always made memories I’ll laugh about for the rest of my life. Terry has been like my brother for a long time and Ive always known if I needed help with something or just needed to talk I could call him, and he’d do anything he could to help. Im happy he found somebody that makes him happy and he can spend the rest of his life with. Can’t wait to plan some family vacations. Love you brother and congratulations to you both!

From the Groom: The pitch heard around the world! Knowing us I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing that lead to that memory that’s pounded in our head(pun intended) this guy has always been the one if I called he was there not many memories I have doesn’t have cj in it. Another day one that I’m so thankful to have carried through life From CJ: Our friendship is a really special thing to me. I’ve known Terry since I was around 4 years old, he’s my longest friendship. We met because he lived right across the field from my aunt. He’s a guy I could always count on if I ever needed the help. My favorite memories are all the times we went fishing, when we watched Mr. Timmy’s house every year, and always hanging out at his mom’s house when we were kids. My all time favorite memory was when he hit me in the head with a pitch when we played little league against each other (it was the first pitch he threw to me btw)
