Where is the venue?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Happy Days Lodge, located at 500 W. Streetsboro St., Peninsula, OH 44264.

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will take place on the screened-in porch, and the cocktail hour and reception will be held in the attached hall.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held on a fully roofed, screened-in porch with a tiled floor. The reception will be indoors.
Question
Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, but please read carefully. The parking lot directly behind the building is reserved for elderly guests, guests with disabilities, and vendors, and space is very limited. Additional parking is available in a lot across the street (there will be signage). To safely reach the venue from the main parking lot, guests must use the tunnel that goes underneath Route 303. This tunnel requires going up and down stairs. Please do not cross Route 303 above ground, as it is extremely dangerous. You are welcome to drop off guests at the venue entrance before parking across the street.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your children, but this will be an adults-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be those participating in the wedding party.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged. There will be a moment for guests to take photos briefly after Carrie walks down the aisle. After that moment, we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present. We have a wonderful professional photographer capturing the day.

Will there be food options available for guests with dietary restrictions?
Answer
All menu items will be vegan, and gluten-free options will be available. Please indicate any additional dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The bar will be open. Please plan to bring cash for tips.

Do you prefer gifts or funds?
Answer
Gifts are always appreciated. We’ve also included two fund options that would be especially meaningful to us at this time.

Can I bring a card or gift to the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be a designated table for cards and gifts.
