There is air conditioning and it is child friendly. Cots and high chairs are available (I’m not sure how many though, I’ll check). The cost of the rooms is £60 per adult per night for a double en-suite. We will share room layouts and details with you separately. The villa is about 25-30 minutes away from the centre of Rome and the owner is happy to arrange tours or transport into the city if you’d like.
