Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, and we recommend staying here! Head to our “Travel” tab for the link to book. The block requires a 3 night minimum stay.

Will there be transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Trollies will be shuttling our guests all night to & home from The Pelican Club. The trollies will leave the hotel for the event at 4:45pm sharp! Shuttles will be running until 11:30pm, and you can hop on for a ride back to the hotel at any point during the reception.

Is the ceremony & reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Pelican Club. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors! Cocktail hour will take place on the back deck prior to the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. You will be escorted to the ceremony site around 5:15pm. Champagne and prewedding drinks will be available in the courtyard upon arrival.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see all our favorite people dressed up for the big day! Please wear formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi-length formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. Dress for an outdoor ceremony. *For those who wish to refrain from wearing the wedding party colors, they will be wearing shades of blue!* If you are joining us for welcome drinks, attire can be tropical, beachy and casual! We will have our feet in the sand, so shoes are optional!

Can I bring my children?

While we love all your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night or as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Please kindly RSVP via our mailed invitations by March 1st, 2025.

Yes, there is valet parking at the venue and Uber/Lyfts will be easily accessible.
