When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP at (https://www.zola.com/wedding/carrieanderic2024/rsvp) by July 20th. If we have no reply by the aforementioned date, we will assume you are not coming. (Bo0o0, so please see if you can party with us!)

Where is the venue? And how far is the nearest airport?
Answer
The venue, Puakea Ranch, is about an hour drive north from Kona International Airport, which is located on the west side of the Big Island.
Question
How will I get to the venue?
Answer
Guests will have to plan accordingly as there is no form of transportation provided. We suggest renting a car to make the most out of your trip to see the beautiful island! The venue itself will have plenty of parking to accommodate those that will be renting cars to zip around.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will take place outdoors; weather is humid and can be misty. The ceremony itself will be held below the shading of a gigantic Monkey Pod tree. The cocktail hour and reception will be primarily held under a tent. For those that want to wear heels, we suggest a thick or wedge heel. It'll be grassy.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Photos are allowed, but not during the ceremony. Don’t worry, we got this covered! We have hired a wedding photographer to capture this beautiful moment, so you can be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us. So please put your phones and cameras away until the reception.

What towns/cities are near Puakea Ranch?
Answer
The nearest town to our Puakea Ranch venue will be a small town called Hawi (pronounced Xavi), which will be a short 15 min. drive away. The next nearest and larger town with more shops and restaurants will be Waimea being about 30 min. drive over yonder. About an hour away is Kona, which is where the Kona International Airport will fly in all our fave people to party it up!
