Katie Rose and I started our life together in middle school where we thought being on the track team was a good idea. My house might have been her first sleep over and I couldn't be prouder. Jeanne deff made us bacon the next morning. Katie is a kickass nurse on the cardiac floor of St. Joesph's Hospital. She will treat your friends and family like gold if they ever land as patients on her floor (but we really hope they dont!). I met Kara in 5th grade and my favorite memory of her is when she put a good ole West Side Gymnastics birthday party on pause until I got there. Much appreciated because I was the new girl and it wasn't her birthday. Kara is the most happy-go-LUCKY person I've ever met and is definitely rubbing off on me. Hence, I now have a Raleigh address <3

Tierney Sykes Smith and I have always had the connection of being the youngest in the group. I took my first plane ride with Tierney and the girls and we'll never forget waving goodbye to Jeanne, you couldn't miss her bright red AT&T Union Day t-shirt. Tierney is the coolest of our friend group because she's visited over 40 countries! Tierney and I share the love of organizing, hanging out with our parents, getting dip nail polish and wearing huge crew neck sweatshirts.

Shannon Lighton comes from one of the strongest families I know and love. Shannon and I most likely met at the Solvay field days and continued to party it up on Mills Hill and all the way to Rochester. She was one of the 6 roommates I had throughout college (It's not me, it's them). Countless rides home, facetimes, and plush onesies - this girl made those years so memorable. Shannon is the reason Danny and I reconnected. Because YOLO.

Clare (Lowery) Saxton and I rode the bus together for a few too many years. She is my go-to makeup expert and the most beautiful Captain in the United States Army. I'm thankful for Clare's friendship in my life mainly because I haven't stopped laughing. And this just in..she's expecting a baby boy! We can't wait to meet this little man and watch him crush on the tennis courts just like his Mummy. <3
