Is there shuttle service to and from the Intercontinental and the Church?

Answer

There will be complimentary shuttle service to and from the Intercontinental and St. Vincent de Paul Church starting at 2pm the day of the wedding. Look for signs in the lobby directing you to the pick-up / drop-off spot, which is located on the Illinois Street side of the building.

What other options are there for parking at the Intercontinental?

Answer

We recommend the Spot Hero app for any of your parking needs in the City. Usually the most economical option and is very reliable and easy to use.

Where is the Reception located within the hotel?

Answer

The Reception will be on the 7th floor, Grand Ballroom. Cocktail hour is on the same floor, located directly across from the Grand Ballroom.
