We’re excited to provide transportation for guests staying at the hotels and rental homes listed below, ensuring a smooth and safe journey to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Due to the challenging mountain terrain and the celebratory nature of the event, we strongly encourage all guests to take advantage of this service, particularly if you plan to indulge during the festivities. For those who prefer to make their own arrangements, parking will be available. However, please be aware that guests who choose not to use the provided transportation will be fully responsible for their travel, including any associated costs or liabilities. Detailed departure and pickup times will be provided closer to the wedding day.

The Eagles Nest Community is perfect for guests and groups looking for a weekend getaway! We highly recommend choosing a rental home in the Great Camp, Lodges, and Villages area (the 'lower' part of the community). A few of our favorite rental homes are listed below: - Triple Bear Lodge at Eagles Nest - Knotty by Nature at Eagles Nest - Eagles Landing at Eagles Nest - Birch and Squirrel at Eagles Nest - White Eagle Lodge at Eagles Nest - The Bearly Inn at Eagles Nest - High Low Cabin at Eagles Nest - Mountain Heart Lodge at Eagles Nest - Firesky Lodge at Eagles Nest - Big Elk Lodge at Eagles Nest Note: Transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception will be provided for guests staying in the Great Camp, Lodges, and Villages areas of Eagles Nest. Guests who choose to stay in the 'upper' parts of the community, including the Ridgeline, Winery, Camp, and Springs areas, will need to drive to the Great Camp location for pickup.
