What are the current Arkansas COVID-19 guidelines we'll be following at the wedding?

Answer

We will request that guests wear masks as that is a current guideline in the state of Arkansas. We will provide disposable masks at both the ceremony and reception. You may take your mask off while you're seated but the suggestion is to put your mask on as you mingle. We will provide assigned seats at the reception to help with social distancing while throwing a fun celebration! *If you have been potentially exposed to COVID-19, have tested positive within 14 days prior to the wedding or are showing any symptoms, we kindly ask you to not attend even if you have RSVPed "yes". We want to protect our guests as best as possible and this will help us immensely!

How many people are you anticipating coming?

Answer

We anticipate that we might have anywhere from 150-200 guests in attendance. This will keep us within the current Arkansas COVID guidelines for both of our venues.

Is there a virtual option for attending the wedding?

Answer

We know that not everyone will feel comfortable in a larger crowd and might prefer to celebrate from a distance. We are working on a plan for a virtual way to attend -- possibly a private Facebook live event. Please stay posted for more information!
