Guests are welcome to arrive at 5:00 PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We’ll have champagne and mocktails waiting as you arrive, so come a few minutes early, get settled, and enjoy a sip before we begin.
All events — the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — will be held at The Headquarters in Newport, KY. No travel needed between events!
We suggest dressy cocktail attire in early-summer hues. Polished but not black tie. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and celebration-ready for an evening of dinner and dancing indoors.
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night out!
Complimentary parking is available near The Headquarters. Details and directions will be shared closer to the date.
We’d love for everyone to be fully present during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away until cocktail hour. Our photographer has it covered!
After we say “I do,” we’ll flow right into cocktail hour, followed by dinner, cake, and dancing, all at The Headquarters.
