We got engaged at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia on August 9th, 2022 !!

2014. We met our 1st semester of pharmacy school studying before the first BIG exam in a starbucks on campus. We studied together the remainder of the semester and celebrated NYE after !

2015. We went to a few sorority formals together in our day

2017. In pharmacy school one of our rotations was in Tanzania. We visited multiple villages around Shirati and held clinic. Here we were in our "pharmacy" !

2017. We visited Lake Victoria at sunset, it was beautiful !!

2017. At the safari lodge at the end of our rotation. Carrie got to see a giraffe in the wild for the first time and we saw the Big 5! Safari was amazing and hopefully we will go back one day!!

2022. I've converted Zach to a Guardians fan, it is a requirement for us Shortman's.

2023. Zach got to me to wear an OKC jersey to a Lakers game. The one where LeBron broke the all time scoring record !! (Go Cavs)

2023. Zach has convinced me to join a NASCAR league. So every Sunday you know we are making our picks and for the most part keeping up with the race!

2021. We have 3 years of Christmas photos in front of our tree, and I can't wait to continue the tradition
