Flight
For anyone flying in out of town, Chicago's O'Hare airport is your best bet. It's a United hub with plenty of flights all over the country and the world. Downtown Chicago is easily accessible from the airport via rideshare or the Blue line of the "L" (Chicago's rail public transit system).
Train
The "L" train (short for "elevated" train) is Chicago's rail public transit system. It's quick and cheap, with frequent trains and good coverage throughout downtown Chicago. Traveling on the "L" is super easy! No need to buy a fare card, just tap at the entrance gate with a tap-payment enabled card or mobile wallet. The closest stop on the "L" to the wedding venue is Sedgwick on the Brown line. The Chicago Transit Authority (or CTA if you're in a hurry) also has a robust bus system with excellent coverage throughout the city. The 9, 22, 36, 72, 73, and 156 buses all have stops within 1 block of the wedding venue.
